Commercial Property Valuer

About the role

Elders is seeking a Commercial Property Valuer to join its team on a full-time permanent basis. The role suits a valuer who wants to grow their experience in the commercial sector across a broad range of property and client types, with the backing of the Elders network providing the tools and support needed to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property valuations using best practice methodologies and prepare professional valuation reports
• Build professional relationships with existing and key clients, including major banks, government business enterprises and departments, private investors and developers
• Analyse market data and property trends to ensure accurate valuation reports
• Maintain compliance with Australian Property Institute (API) standards, legislative requirements and industry best practice

Required profile

• Certified Practicing Valuer with API and/or RICS membership
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
• High-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality professional reports
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service qualities
