Commercial Property Valuer

About the role

Elders is looking for a Commercial Property Valuer to join its team on a full‑time permanent basis. This position offers the opportunity to expand valuation experience across a wide range of commercial properties and client types while being supported by a strong national network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property valuations using best‑practice methodologies and produce professional valuation reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including major banks, government entities, private investors and developers.
• Analyse market data and property trends to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date valuation outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Australian Property Institute (API) standards, relevant legislation and industry best practice.

Required profile

• Certified Practicing Valuer with API and/or RICS membership.
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on high‑quality report preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
