Commercial Manager – Commissions, Segmentation & Sales Operations

About the role

TPG Telecom is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the design and governance of commissions, segmentation and sales operations for its Enterprise and Government business. In this high‑impact role you will work across Sales, Finance, Operations and Product to shape the commercial engine that drives revenue and sales performance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end commissions framework, including annual design of structures, target setting, calculators, clawbacks and payouts.
• Run commission governance forums, ensure auditability and align incentives with business priorities.
• Define and enforce segmentation and channel ownership rules, lead monthly governance on account ownership, transfers and new‑logo allocation.
• Maintain a weekly sales reporting cadence, delivering insights and updates through Salesforce, Excel and executive presentations.
• Lead annual commissions planning, performance reviews and cross‑functional alignment workshops.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and translate approved plans into execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing commission or incentive programmes at scale.
• Strong understanding of sales segmentation, channel governance and performance reporting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
