Commercial Broker Manager

About the role

The Commercial Broker Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition across Australia through accredited commercial brokers. The role involves onboarding, ongoing management and education of brokers on ANZ’s products, processes and commercial lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate commercial settlements from accredited brokers for lending and asset finance.
• Accredit new brokers and manage existing broker portfolios.
• Increase broker satisfaction and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain calling rates and improve the percentage of brokers referring business to ANZ.
• Oversee accreditation and commission processes.
• Promote a customer‑centric approach in broker engagements.
• Coach bankers and share best practices on broker interaction.
• Educate and up‑skill brokers on ANZ’s appetite and structuring of commercial transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and partnership building.
• Strong relationship‑management capabilities.
• Deep commercial banking and broker‑industry knowledge.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
