Coaching & Development Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced coaching and development professional to join our remote team on an independent‑contract basis. You will help prospective participants understand and enrol in our online leadership and professional development programs, while delivering high‑quality, relationship‑focused support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional conversations with individuals interested in leadership and professional development pathways.
• Provide clear information about program options and answer general enquiries following established communication guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through active listening and professional engagement.
• Use digital platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, email and other online tools to manage workflow, keep records and perform administrative tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication, leadership capability and role‑specific knowledge.
• Work independently while adhering to defined systems, processes and communication standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in coaching, consulting, training, HR, education or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized and comfortable working remotely.
• Interest in leadership development, lifelong learning and professional growth.
