About the role
The Melbourne Marriott Docklands Hotel is looking for a Club Lounge Host to deliver dynamic, personal service to guests in the Executive Lounge. The role suits people who love to influence guests' stay and who fit the brand's modern and sophisticated personality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests in the Executive Lounge
- Welcome guests warmly and serve them
- Know the hotel inside and out so guests receive a dynamic experience
- Meet and connect with guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
Required profile
- A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor
- Personable communication skills
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability to work shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to be the best in service
- A current RSA certificate is required
