Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking Clinical Research Associates for future projects in Adelaide, Australia. The role involves monitoring clinical sites, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements, and supporting study execution from start‑up through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, either on‑site or remotely.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in CRFs, and resolve queries to closure within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports, and logs, and support recruitment, retention, and patient awareness strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, attend investigator meetings, and assist with audit readiness and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills
