Clinical Project Manager (Senior) – Remote Australia

About the role

Avance Clinical is seeking experienced Clinical Project Managers and Senior Clinical Project Managers to lead innovative early‑phase clinical trials for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. The role is fully remote within Australia, offering flexibility while delivering high‑quality studies from start‑up to close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, sites and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead complex early‑phase studies and healthy volunteer trials, providing strategic client interaction.
• Collaborate with experienced clinical professionals to influence project outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical research or site environment.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience in early‑phase studies and healthy volunteer trials (highly regarded).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing CRO environment.
