Clinical Operations Coordinator

About the role

Cogstate is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the operational delivery of a range of contracted services within clinical trials. The role spans Rater Training and Monitoring, Clinician Network Management, Data Management, and Scale Management, adapting to the fluctuating workload throughout a trial’s lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with study teams across functional areas to alleviate bandwidth constraints.
• Process clinician/rater forms and capture data using status trackers and ePortal/LMS training systems.
• Review and act on clinician/rater surveys, deploying relevant LMS training modules.
• Schedule 1:1 training video conferences between site raters and Cogstate Rater Services staff.
• Coordinate hardware shipment scheduling and maintain associated documentation.
• Update real‑time status trackers, manage high‑volume email correspondence, and communicate progress to clinicians/raters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician/rater support via phone and email.

Required profile

• Eagerness to learn multiple facets of clinical trial delivery.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve.
• Strong written communication skills for interactions with clinicians, raters, and CRA’s.
• Ability to document and report service delivery progress accurately.
• Flexibility to cross‑train and support various functional areas as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ePortal/LMS training systems.
• Experience using status trackers and documentation management tools.
