Clinical Nurse

About the role

This permanent part‑time position (0.8 FTE) is based at the Romani residential aged care facility in Murray Bridge. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Consultant and Residential Care Manager, you will work alongside another Clinical Nurse to lead the delivery of high‑quality clinical care for 72 residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers in providing person‑centred care.
• Coordinate safe, effective and evidence‑based clinical interventions.
• Mentor staff, fostering performance, development and teamwork.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across clinical care and service delivery.
• Ensure assessments, care plans, clinical documentation and reviews are accurate and completed within required timeframes.
• Maintain compliance with aged‑care standards, regulatory obligations, organisational policies and clinical‑governance requirements.

Required profile

• Experienced Clinical Nurse or Registered Nurse with Australian residential aged‑care experience.
• Demonstrated passion for the aged‑care sector and commitment to person‑centred care.
• Strong collaborative leadership style and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
