Estia Health is looking for a Clinical Nurse to join its aged care workforce. The role combines caring for residents' medical needs with leading the team and upholding the highest standards of work. Estia Health operates 96 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead staff and help them grow

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

• Solid documentation skills
• Knowledge of AN-ACC
