About the role
Join a multidisciplinary healthcare team delivering high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across regional NSW. As a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist you will support safe and effective medication use, provide expert advice to patients and staff, and contribute to continuous improvement of medication safety.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medication advice to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and discharge counselling.
- Lead and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, audits and reporting.
- Serve on relevant committees and contribute to policy development.
- Maintain professional development to ensure best practice.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Post‑registration hospital pharmacy experience or relevant postgraduate qualification (or working towards).
- Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centred care within legal and ethical boundaries.
