Clinical Educator – Build Nursing Capability

About the role

Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to develop and deliver evidence‑based clinical education for nursing and care teams across Seniors Communities. You will strengthen clinical practice, support safe high‑quality care and help teams meet aged‑care standards and accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging clinical training, competency assessments and coaching.
• Support induction, identify learning needs and embed new clinical practices.
• Ensure education aligns with aged‑care standards, compliance and accreditation.
• Partner with clinical leaders to drive continuous improvement and a culture of safety and learning.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA‑registered Nurse with at least 5 years recent clinical experience in aged care or health.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering clinical education and competency‑based training.
• Strong knowledge of aged‑care standards, accreditation and best practice.

Required skills

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
