About the role
Solventum is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst to support its Health Information Systems Business. The role combines expert knowledge in health information management with technology to develop and maintain software solutions for the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance assigned software portfolio to meet regulatory and market requirements.
- Analyse enhancement requests, test software, and perform quality control measures.
- Provide expert escalation support and train junior analysts.
- Participate in cross‑functional project teams, manage project plans, and ensure compliance with classification systems.
Required profile
- Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Health Information Management, including clinical coding and auditing.
- Experience working in a software development environment.
- Ability to travel for internal and external meetings and work occasional evenings or weekends.
