Clinical Development Analyst

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst to support its Health Information Systems Business. The role combines expert knowledge in health information management with technology to develop and manage software solutions for the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance assigned software portfolio to meet regulatory and market requirements.
• Analyze enhancement requests, research questions, and software problems.
• Test and perform quality control on solutions and interfacing software.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures with the development group.
• Provide expert escalation support and train junior analysts.
• Participate in cross‑functional project teams, planning and managing projects using standard tools.
• Respond to complex inquiries on disease and procedure classification theory.
• Assist sales and marketing with technical content for proposals and tenders.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in health information management.
• Qualifications in clinical coding (ICD‑10‑AM) and/or clinical coding auditing.
• Experience working in a software development team.
• Ability to travel for internal and external interactions and work occasional evenings or weekends.
