Clinical Associate – Spine Solutions

About the role

Globus Medical seeks a Clinical Associate to support sales revenue and product mix in an assigned territory, focusing on spine procedures. The role involves building relationships with spine surgeons and hospital teams while ensuring clinical fulfillment of company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical fulfillment of spine procedures and develop relationships with key spine surgeons and hospital customers.
• Communicate monitoring data to surgeons and surgical teams in line with company and hospital policies.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve existing products and guide new product development.
• Provide case coverage, order necessary sets, instruments, and supplies within the region.
• Report on expenses, sales performance, market feedback, competitive activities, and new target accounts.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Qualified and maintain privileges at required hospitals.
