Client Support Specialist

About the role

Join Global Payments as a Client Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for merchants and partners. You will resolve enquiries, manage issues and help clients maximise the value of our payments solutions in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate, resolve and document merchant and partner issues using CRM/case management systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert support by staying up‑to‑date with Global Payments’ products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant customer outcomes.
• Manage refunds, direct debit setups and amendments while maintaining accurate client data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through client feedback and documentation updates.
• Support compliance requirements, training solutions and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a client support or customer service role.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of compliance and regulated environments.
