Client Solutions Manager – FMCG & Beauty

About the role

The Global Business Solutions team at TikTok is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to own the FMCG and Beauty vertical. You will act as a solutions expert, partnering with internal teams to drive client success and expand post‑sale relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture and expand client relationships post‑sale together with the Client Partner.
• Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to build long‑term partnerships.
• Analyse campaign performance, investigate accounts and recommend improvements.
• Generate data‑driven audience insights and translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Provide marketplace feedback to shape TikTok’s advertising strategy.
• Manage marketing‑science programs from feasibility assessment to test‑and‑learn design.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok ad products and features.
• Advise clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in ad sales, brand marketing or a related support function, preferably with FMCG/CPG and beauty/personal‑care brands.
• Proven ability to translate high‑level business goals into actionable digital roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, media KPIs and programmatic buying.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to produce actionable insights.
• Experience working in a consultative, client‑facing environment.
