Client Solutions Manager, eCommerce

About the role

Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a Client Solutions Manager for its eCommerce business. The role sits in a high-performing team focused on digital commerce, where you will shape advertising strategies, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth for well-known brands. It is a 12-month contract based in Sydney, NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with key client stakeholders and agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Use deep expertise in platform advertising to set strategy, develop measurement solutions and optimise campaign structures against client KPIs.
• Advise on advertising solutions, integrations and real-time campaign optimisation.
• Oversee revenue delivery, track account spend and ensure accurate revenue recognition across the client portfolio.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights using analytics and dashboards.
• Work with internal partners to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Educate clients and agencies on product developments and digital advertising best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client solutions or similar role within digital performance marketing.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in direct response marketing and a solid understanding of the D2C e-commerce ecosystem.
• Strong ad-tech and data & analytics background, able to derive and present data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools and methodologies to performance marketing.

Desired qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Background from independent agencies or client-side roles at major competitor platforms.
• Previous roles such as Head of Performance, Growth Lead or Digital Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
