Client Services Officer - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Client Services Officer to act as the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services. You will help residents and their families navigate their journey into residential Aged Care. The company operates 96 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to everyone, in person, by phone or by email
• Keep up with paperwork such as record keeping and filing
• Showcase the home to prospective residents and their families
• Use a track record of sales success, including strong negotiation and customer service
• Make cold calls and secure new referral sources

Required profile

• A team player with a friendly customer service attitude
• Ability to handle paperwork, record keeping and filing
• Experience in sales, including negotiation
• Knowledge of Aged Care, including fees and funding (ideal but not essential)
