About the role

ANZ’s Business & Private Bank is seeking a motivated leader to head the Advice Assistant team within Private Advice. The Client Services Manager will ensure seamless, compliant delivery of advice solutions for high‑net‑worth clients while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Advice Assistant team, driving capability uplift and high performance.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end implementation of financial advice, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage daily workflow, balancing priorities and maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with advisers, clients and key stakeholders to deliver premium service.
• Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a financial services or private banking environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to advice implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and deliver results under pressure.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of financial advice processes and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in workflow and project management within a banking context.
