Client Services Manager (Home Care)

About the role

Regis is seeking a Client Services Manager to join its Home Care team in Hobart. Reporting to the Home Care General Manager, you will develop personalised care and support plans that enable older Australians to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and create person‑centred care plans aligned with Home Care Package funding guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical experts, allied health professionals and Home Support Workers to deliver appropriate services.
• Guide clients and families on optimal use of funding to achieve health, wellbeing and safety outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers, suppliers and referral partners.
• Travel to client homes as required, using a company‑provided vehicle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in health, aged care or disability services.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, solution‑focused attitude.
• Excellent networking abilities and the capacity to develop local partnerships.
• Effective time‑management skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Preferred: Diploma‑level qualification in health, aged care, disability or social welfare.
