Client Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Client Service Representative to join our Sydney workspace. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day‑to‑day operations in our flexible office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, answer queries about products, services and policies.
• Coordinate member move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring seamless onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Monitor cleanliness, prepare meeting rooms and pantries, and support basic facilities management.
• Handle front‑desk administration such as email correspondence, room preparation, courier services, invoicing and payment processing.
• Assist in planning and executing community events to foster collaboration among members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality, coworking or serviced offices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
• Self‑motivated team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
