Client Liaison – Residential Construction

About the role

The Client Liaison will be the main point of contact for homeowners throughout their building journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from pre‑construction to handover. You will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, delivering clear, timely communication and supporting the delivery of high‑quality homes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with sales, design, estimating, and construction teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate clear communication across all stages of the build, from initial consultation to final handover.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Document client interactions and project milestones for internal reference.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in residential building (or related building insurance/commercial construction).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven approach and ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
