Client Financial Management Specialist

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Client Financial Management Specialist to support its global financial management function and business advisory services. The role involves delivering contract compliance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and profit‑and‑loss management to client engagement teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide value‑added financial analysis and advice to maximize engagement profitability.
• Collaborate with client executives, finance leads, and operations teams to communicate contract and account financial status.
• Execute standard month‑to‑date and quarter‑to‑date financial and operational processes.
• Manage invoicing and collections in line with contractual requirements.
• Assist with forecast management, including data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Reconcile work plans and generate related reports.
• Track time‑reporting hours, expenses, and variances, ensuring compliance with expense policies.
• Monitor third‑party out‑of‑pocket expenses and client costs against program budgets.
• Participate in CFM meetings, training sessions, and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and advisory within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and profit‑and‑loss management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and expense tracking processes.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial status and recommendations.
