Clerical Services Manager

About the role

Lead Radiology SA’s clerical operations across all sites, ensuring teams are well‑resourced, patient‑ready and operationally supported.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop clerical leaders and teams across all sites.
• Oversee daily clerical operations including reception, bookings, contact centre, patient flow and room management.
• Drive workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Ensure high‑quality experience for patients, radiologists and referrers.
• Monitor performance indicators and analyse data to improve service delivery.
• Manage clerical risks and ensure compliance with safety, privacy and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• Senior administrative or operational leader with experience in healthcare, medical imaging or multi‑site clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of patient flow, clinical workflows and administrative accuracy.
• Proven capability in contract management, workforce planning and performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with clinical imaging systems such as Visage.
• Familiarity with PACS or equivalent picture‑archiving systems.
