Cleaning and Trolley Collection

About the role

Woolworths Group is looking for members of its Proactive Services team, which keeps trolleys available and stores in a hygienic condition so customers and colleagues can work and shop comfortably. The role is physically demanding and offers flexible options to fit different lifestyles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily planner tasks such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room, and emptying bins
• Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
• Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
• Help customers in store by answering questions or giving directions

Required profile

• Physical fitness, as the role involves physically demanding tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads of 5-10kg
• Flexibility to work in the shop floor, fridges, freezers and car parks
• Availability across Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
• A good eye for cleanliness and small details
