Cleaner Team Leader - Residential Aged Care

About the role

A permanent, full-time Cleaner Team Leader position at the Brighton East residential aged care facility, Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM. It is a hands-on cleaning role paid $27.98 per week. Key responsibilities

• Daily cleaning in a hands-on role
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
• Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
• Train, mentor and onboard new and existing staff

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competence in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder, or willingness to obtain one
