Cleaner Driver – Service Technician (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Technicians who will travel across Sydney to service and maintain washroom hygiene products for our commercial clients. As the face of Rentokil Initial, you will ensure clean, safe environments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Service, install and maintain washroom hygiene equipment at various client sites.
• Travel to assigned locations using a company‑provided vehicle and adhere to scheduled service windows.
• Identify hygiene or service issues, recommend fixes and escalate when required.
• Document service activities and reports using mobile devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current full Australian driver’s licence (green P‑plates accepted).
• Full working rights in Australia and a valid Working With Children Check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, health and environmental policies.

Required skills

• Driving – safe operation of a vehicle for client visits.
• Use of mobile technology for documentation and reporting.
