Clean Energy Rotation Program (Graduate)

About the role

This two‑year full‑time graduate program offers rotations across development, engineering & construction, and finance & asset management within a leading clean‑energy company. Participants gain hands‑on experience on live projects and build a network across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Join each functional team as a full contributor, delivering real deliverables from day one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modelling, technical reviews and site visits across Australia.
• Present work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or related field.
• Strong analytical ability, comfort with data and spreadsheets, and clear communication skills.
• Adaptable to three different team environments and able to work across the business.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial or technical modelling (e.g., project finance, engineering models).
