Clean Energy Graduate Rotation Program (Melbourne)

About the role

A two-year, full-time rotational program for graduates and early-career professionals in Melbourne, VIC, designed to give a broad view of the clean energy business before choosing a specialty. It covers three eight-month rotations across Development, Engineering & Construction and Finance & Asset Management, ending with a permanent placement on the chosen team.

Key responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with real deliverables and ownership from day one
• Support live projects through analysis, modelling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across Australia
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonised grid
• No prior energy experience required; internships, vacation work, research or campus involvement showing initiative are highly regarded
• Right to work in Australia

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets
• Clear communication and ability to work across parts of a business
• Adaptability to three different teams and learning curves

What we offer

• Base salary of AUD 75,000 - 90,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
