Claims Consultant – Workers Compensation

About the role

Join the WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd, a Marsh Pacific business unit, as a Claims Consultant focused on Workers Compensation. This hybrid position is based in Perth and involves working in the office at least three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a focused portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, supporting the Senior Claims Consultant and Team Leader.
• Deliver timely, accurate work using the claims management system and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulator standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and Council enquiries to provide high‑quality claims services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end insurance claims.
• Solid understanding of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act and related regulations.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivation and excellent organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
