Civil Site Supervisor

About the role

Rokon, one of Victoria's leading civil contractors, is hiring experienced Site Supervisors to help deliver civil construction projects across Melbourne. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations so that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate labour, plant and materials to meet project timelines and objectives
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure all works comply with project specifications
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor project performance, budgets and key deliverables, and address issues proactively
• Carry out site inspections, audits, client meetings, handovers and project sign-offs
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records

Required profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in a civil construction supervisory role
• Experience across roads, residential subdivisions and/or industrial developments
• White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Shortlisted applicants must complete a pre-employment medical assessment
