About the role

Join a fast‑growing South Australian civil contractor and take ownership of significant civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion. This is a Monday‑Friday role with no weekend work, offering a collaborative culture and genuine career development.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead civil projects across South Australia, managing programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme, quality, safety and overall project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • Manage commercial performance, forecasting, variations and project reporting.

Required profile

  • Proven project management experience in civil construction, delivering infrastructure or complex civil projects.
  • Strong commercial, programming and project delivery capability.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

  • Civil engineering qualifications (highly regarded).
  • Project management expertise, including budgeting and scheduling.
