Civil Designer (Mid‑level)

About the role

We are a mid‑tier civil specialist consultancy based in Perth with an East Coast presence, focused on land development projects for tier‑1 developers. The role offers long‑term project involvement, from concept through to construction, within a stable pipeline and a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop civil and structural designs for urban and land‑development schemes.
• Prepare and manage design documentation using 12D and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet client and regulatory requirements.
• See projects through to the construction stage, providing technical support as needed.
• Participate in training sessions, seminars, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in a Perth‑based engineering consultancy working on urban or land‑development projects.
• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 12D.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
