Christmas Casual Retail Team Member

About the role

Spotlight is hiring a casual Retail Team Member in Coffs Harbour, NSW, to support its busiest trading period, from Click Frenzy through to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas. The role covers registers, replenishment and customer queries in a fast-paced environment. Some team members may have opportunities to continue working after Christmas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
• Help shoppers find the right products for gifts, decorating and celebrations
• Stay organised and adaptable during peak events such as Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day
• Contribute to sales and support the team in reaching seasonal targets
• Work across registers, replenishment and customer queries

Required profile

• Loves the festive energy of retail and thrives in a busy environment
• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus; a positive attitude is essential
• Flexible to work weekends, late nights and extended hours during peak periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, quick to learn and ready to help
