Chief Operating Officer

About the role

Easy Signs Australia is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of operational growth. This newly created executive position will shape how the business operates, scales and performs, reporting directly to the Company Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Production, Customer Experience and Quality functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Translate strategic goals into operational priorities, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Own performance reporting, operational budgets and cost‑management in partnership with Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation across the organisation.
• Embed quality, safety and customer experience into all operational decisions.
• Collaborate with US leadership to share best practices and align operating models.

Required profile

• Senior operations leader with proven experience in complex, fast‑paced environments such as manufacturing or production.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing leadership teams and manage senior managers.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost‑driver management.
• Track record of developing KPIs, using data to drive performance and leading transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and high emotional intelligence.
