About the role

TDV Platforms is a fast‑growing, bootstrapped proptech group looking for a player‑coach to own and scale its entire growth engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving demand and revenue across three integrated platforms that connect home buyers with builders and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies for Apartments.com.au and iBuildNew, focusing on qualified buyer acquisition through SEO, AEO, content, performance marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead the B2B adoption engine that enables developers, builders and agencies to leverage the platforms, turning marketing activities into measurable pipeline.
• Align consumer and developer sides of the marketplace to accelerate the flywheel effect, increasing platform value for both audiences.
• Own full P&L visibility, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions without intermediate layers.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape product, technology and finance initiatives that support growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record scaling a marketplace or e‑commerce business, preferably in a senior growth or marketing leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
• Experience working in multi‑sided platforms and comfortable navigating both consumer and B2B dynamics.
• Hands‑on leader who can coach teams while also rolling up sleeves to execute critical initiatives.
