Channel Director, B2B eCommerce

About the role

LEGO is seeking a Channel Director to lead its B2B eCommerce channel across ANZ. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the ANZ eCommerce team, fostering an immersive learning culture.
• Develop and execute the channel’s omnichannel and full‑funnel growth strategy aligned with ANZ priorities.
• Collaborate with Hyper, LBR, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Demand Planning to ensure integrated performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance optimisation, including on‑platform execution, SEO/SEM, retail media and campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon and retail media networks to unlock growth.
• Maintain senior relationships with pure‑play and omnichannel customers, driving joint business planning and negotiations.
• Define reporting frameworks, use data‑driven insights to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Partner with regional and global teams to share best practices and accelerate local growth.
• Develop team capabilities, promote a test‑and‑learn culture and agile ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in B2B eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
• Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving sustainable growth.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to translate insights into action.
