Channel Account Manager – Reseller Partnerships

About the role

Canva is looking for a Channel Account Manager to own and grow relationships with reseller partners across APAC. You will be the driving force behind expanding Canva’s footprint, helping partners succeed and increasing revenue through indirect sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reseller partners across APAC, driving growth and performance.
• Prospect, onboard and expand new reseller partnerships.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programmes, including training, tools and resources.
• Co‑create joint business plans, set goals and track progress with partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on co‑branded campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the primary Canva contact for partners, providing support and guidance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in channel management, partnership development or indirect sales, preferably with large reseller networks.
• Proven track record of building and scaling reseller programs that generate revenue.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to earn trust quickly.
• Data‑driven mindset to analyse performance and act on insights.
• Deep knowledge of the APAC reseller landscape and an existing network.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) experience.
