Change Management Lead

About the role

Infosys Consulting Australia is seeking experienced Change Management professionals to lead people‑centric transformation initiatives for major clients in Energy, Utilities, Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Renewables across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver organisational change management workstreams within complex transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments, develop change strategies, communication and adoption frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness sessions and design training and enablement initiatives.
• Support leadership alignment, sponsor effectiveness and monitor adoption metrics.
• For senior consultants: produce high‑quality deliverables and collaborate with program managers and technology teams.
• For principal consultants: act as trusted advisor to executives, define enterprise‑wide OCM strategy, manage consulting teams and drive business development.

Required profile

• Senior Consultant: 5+ years of consulting or change management experience, proven delivery on large transformation programmes, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Principal Consultant: 10+ years of consulting/change management experience, extensive executive stakeholder management, track record leading enterprise‑scale OCM programmes and commercial acumen.
