Change Management Director

About the role

The Change Management Director will lead enterprise‑wide organisational, cultural and technology change across the Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area. You will ensure that workforce needs and end‑user experience are central to all change decisions and embed change into day‑to‑day operations to realise benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and oversee strategic change approaches for programs and projects.
• Embed change management into business‑as‑usual processes.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes and resolve complex change challenges.
• Lead and mentor change management teams, ensuring delivery of integrated change strategies and roadmaps.
• Use data and insights to monitor readiness, adoption and outcomes.
• Uplift organisational change capability and maturity through best‑practice embedding and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in change management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise‑wide change frameworks.
