Change Coordinator

About the role

KPMG’s ASPAC regional team is seeking a Change Coordinator on a one‑year fixed‑term contract to support the global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific to embed new ways of working and ensure successful adoption of the future operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and program teams to drive change and adoption across the ASPAC region.
• Lead end‑to‑end change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness.
• Support implementation at key milestones (pre‑go‑live, go‑live, post‑implementation).
• Engage stakeholders, tailor change approaches to local market needs, and monitor adoption.
• Identify risks, propose practical solutions, and improve outcomes throughout the transformation.

Required profile

• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused change professional comfortable in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication ability to simplify complex concepts.
