Change Analyst – ERP Transformation

About the role

Join O'Brien, Australia’s leading glass repair and replacement business, as a Change Analyst supporting a major enterprise transformation. You will work closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs to drive readiness, engagement and adoption for a large‑scale ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments.
• Support the development and delivery of change plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams.
• Develop communications, presentations and change resources.
• Track readiness, adoption metrics, risks and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively.

Required skills

• Experience supporting ERP or large‑scale technology transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci or APMG.
