Certificate III Educator – Early Learning Centre

About the role

We are seeking a passionate early childhood educator to join our Holder Early Learning Centre. This full‑time position (76 hrs per fortnight) offers the chance to shape the learning experiences of children in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality early childhood education and care aligned with the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Plan and implement daily learning programmes that promote children’s development.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold child‑safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues and community partners.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory).
• Full‑time availability between 7 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Solid experience in the early childhood sector.
• Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of EYLF & NQF.
• Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card or willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to complete Foundations of Child Safety and ACT Government Keeping Children and Young People Safe training prior to start.
