Certificate III Early Childhood Educator (Assistant)

About the role

Eden Academy Salisbury Heights is preparing to open its brand‑new, purpose‑built childcare centre and is looking for two passionate Certificate III Educators to join the founding team. You will work in a bright, natural‑light environment, supporting children aged 0‑5 to learn, grow and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Create meaningful, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families and fellow staff.
• Maintain a safe, child‑focused environment in accordance with National Quality Standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional approach and team‑first attitude.
• Availability to work five days a week across a range of shifts.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in early childhood.
