Centre Manager – 120 Place Childcare Centre

About the role

G8 Education is looking for a Centre Manager to lead its 120-place childcare centre at Great Beginnings Reservoir. The centre is well established, with a strong team, good community connections and a positive culture, and is supported by an established leadership team. The role is full time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets and parent communication
• Support and coach educators and teachers, helping them grow professionally
• Design and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's holistic development
• Prioritise children's safety and well-being and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity

Required profile

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
• At least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including in a leadership role
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
