Centre Director

About the role

Lead and develop the Goodstart Belmont centre, delivering a bespoke learning program and supporting teachers and educators. Build strong relationships with children, families and the community while driving a revenue‑generating business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the centre’s learning program developed with global pedagogical leaders.
• Build and mentor a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering reflective practice.
• Plan for the centre’s future, grow attendance pipelines and maintain financial performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change in education, health or community services.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Required skills

• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko platform).
