About the role

HOKA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Australian stores as Casual Sales Assistants. You will help customers discover the right footwear and apparel to support their movement goals while delivering a premium in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual movement goals.
• Educate customers on HOKA’s technology, innovation, and performance benefits.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Assist with stock processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and online order fulfilment.
• Maintain store presentation to HOKA standards.
• Bring energy, positivity, and a passion for movement to every shift.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience (preferred but not essential).
• Genuine passion for running, fitness, walking or the outdoors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, reliable and open to feedback.
• Commitment to inclusivity and the belief that movement is for everyone.
