Casual Retail Assistant – Optical Store (Northam, WA)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Casual Retail Assistant to join our OPSM optical store in Northam. You will guide customers through the entire vision journey, from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and basic vision pre‑tests.
• Assist customers in choosing and customizing frames from brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada, and others.
• Provide high‑quality, personalized customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure product availability.
• Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience; optical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers see the beauty in life.
• Interest in high‑fashion and luxury eyewear brands.
